Job Description

As a security supervisor at a manufacturing industry, your role involves supervising and monitoring day-to-day security operations across the plant premises. Your key responsibilities will include: - Deploying and managing security guards across various areas such as gates, warehouses, production areas, parking, and inbound/outbound logistics zones. - Ensuring proper checking of vehicles, materials, and visitors as per company protocols. - Monitoring CCTV surveillance, access control, fire alarms, and other security systems. - Conducting routine patrols to identify security or safety risks and reporting incidents immediately. - Maintaining detailed incident reports, visitor logs, and shift duty records. - Coordinating with HR, Administration, EHS, and Production teams for safety compliance. - Training and guiding security personnel on emergency response, safety standards, and discipline. - Assisting in investigations of theft, property damage, or any misconduct. - Managing emergency response during fire, accidents, or crisis situations. - Ensuring adherence to statutory and company security policies.
