Job Description

Role & responsibilities

System Administration & Monitoring
Manage and maintain Foxcoon related security systems
Monitor system health, logs, and alerts to ensure optimal performance.
Oversee integration of security software with IT infrastructure and cloud environments.
Configuration & Deployment
Configure and update security applications, user roles, and permissions.
Coordinate software upgrades, patches, and vulnerability remediation.
Incident Response & Troubleshooting
Investigate and resolve software-related security incidents.
Provide root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
Compliance & Documentation
Ensure systems comply with internal policies and industry standards (ISO 27001, NIST).
Maintain accurate documentation of configurations, changes, and incidents.
Vendor & Project Management
Liaise with vendors for software support and enhancements.
Manage security software projects, including new deployments and integrations.
