Job Description

Role Overview: At Capgemini Engineering, a global leader in engineering services, you will act as the subject matter expert for security architecture, policies, and compliance standards. Your role will involve leading security assessments, risk analysis, and remediation strategies across systems and applications. Collaborating with IT, audit, and business teams to ensure secure design and implementation will be a key part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will drive security awareness and training programs for stakeholders and monitor emerging threats to recommend proactive security measures. Key Responsibilities: - Act as the subject matter expert for security architecture, policies, and compliance standards. - Lead security assessments, risk analysis, and remediation strategies across systems and applications. - Collaborate with IT, audit, and business teams to ensure secure design and implementation. - Drive security awareness and training programs for stakeholders. - Monitor emerging threats and recommend proactive security measures. Qualifications Required: - 10+ years of experience in information security, risk management, and compliance frameworks. - Strong knowledge of security standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, and CIS, as well as regulatory requirements. - Hands-on expertise in vulnerability management, incident response, and secure architecture. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills. - Ability to lead projects and influence security best practices across the organization.
