SECURITY PERSONNEL

Location : S.M. Matric Higher Secondary School, Mylaudy, Kanyakumari

Employment Type : Full-time

Salary Range : ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month

Preference : Retired Army / Defence Personnel

JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for disciplined, reliable, and physically fit Security Personnel to safeguard the school premises, students, and staff. Candidates with a defence background will be given priority. The role involves overall campus security management, surveillance, and emergency response.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Campus Security Management

• Monitor all entry and exit points, ensuring secure access to the campus.
• Conduct regular patrolling of school buildings, classrooms, outdoor areas, and infrastructure.
• Oversee gate operations, visitor management, and ID verification processes.

Student & Staff Safety

• Ensure safety of students during school hours, bus arrival/departure, and special events.
• Respond promptly to emergencies, incidents, or suspicious activities.
• Maintain a safe environment conducive to learning and discipline.

Surveillance & Reporting

• Maintain daily security logs, incident reports, and visitor records.
• Coordinate with school authorities for resolving security concerns.
• Ensure CCTV surveillance systems are functioning properly and report issues.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Prior experience in Security, Army, Navy, Air Force or any disciplined force preferred.
• Physically fit, alert, and capable of long hours of standing or patrolling.
• Knowledge of basic safety and emergency procedures.
• Ability to communicate clearly and follow protocol.
