Overview

We are hiring a Security Officer to ensure the safety and protection of our premises, employees, visitors, and assets. The ideal candidate is alert, disciplined, and experienced in handling security operations.

Job Summary

• Ensure safety and security of premises, employees, visitors, and company assets
• Monitor entry/exit points and permit authorized access
• Conduct routine patrols to detect suspicious activity
• Respond to emergencies including fire, medical issues, and unauthorized access
• Maintain daily security logs, registers, and incident reports
• Operate CCTV, access control, and communication equipment
• Enforce security and safety rules across the premises
• Support management in maintaining a secure environment

Responsibilities

• Check and verify employees, visitors, and vehicles at the entry gate
• Perform security checks of bags, materials, and equipment
• Monitor CCTV cameras and ensure proper functioning
• Report unusual or suspicious activity immediately
• Assist in emergency procedures and evacuation
• Maintain discipline and support crowd control
• Coordinate with the security supervisor and management

Requirements

• Minimum 12th pass (Graduate preferred)
• 2–5 years of experience in security
• Physically fit and alert
• Good communication skills (Hindi/English)
• Basic understanding of safety and emergency procedures

Preferred Qualifications

• CCTV monitoring experience
• Fire-fighting knowledge
• Ex-Army/Police/Home Guard
• Security training certification

Shift & Working Hours

• Day/Night (Rotational)
• 8–12 hours per shift

Salary

• Up to ₹20,000 per month
