Job Summary:

As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our properties, employees, and Customers . Your military training and experience in security operations will be essential in effectively managing security protocols, responding to incidents, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and patrol assigned properties to ensure the safety and security of all individuals and assets.
• Conduct regular inspections of buildings, grounds, and access points to identify potential security risks.
• Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, and emergencies, providing assistance as needed.
• Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.
• Maintain detailed records of daily activities, incidents, and security breaches.
• Implement and enforce security policies and procedures in accordance with company standards.
• Provide excellent customer service to customers , guests, and employees while maintaining a professional demeanor.
• Assist in training staff on security awareness and emergency procedures.
• Participate in regular security meetings and contribute to the development of security strategies.

Qualifications:

• Retired military personnel with experience in security operations or a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a security officer role within the real estate industry.
• Valid security guard license (if applicable) and CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
• Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions in high-pressure situations.
• Familiarity with surveillance systems and security technology.
• Strong physical fitness and capability to perform patrol duties.
