Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Security Officer role located in Chennai. The Security Officer will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of guests, employees, and property. Day-to-day tasks include conducting regular patrols, monitoring security systems, managing access control, responding to emergencies, and enforcing company safety policies. Additionally, the Security Officer will maintain a professional and welcoming presence while safeguarding all assets.

Qualifications

Knowledge in security systems, emergency response protocols, and surveillance equipment
Strong observation and attention-to-detail skills for identifying potential security risks
Excellent communication skills and ability to interact in a professional manner with guests and team members
Problem-solving and decision-making skills in emergency and challenging situations
Experience in safety enforcement and familiarity with safety procedures is an asset
Ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations and adapt to changing security needs
Physical fitness and the ability to handle standing or walking for extended periods
Previous experience in a security or related role is preferred
