Job Title: Lady Security Officer

Location: Head Office – Mumbai
Company: Della Group
Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Job Summary:

Della Group is looking for a Lady Security Officer for its Corporate Head Office in Mumbai. The role requires ensuring safety, security, and smooth access control for employees, visitors, and senior management, while maintaining professionalism suited to a luxury corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and control entry and exit of employees, visitors, vendors, and guests.
Verify visitor identity, maintain visitor registers, and issue access passes.
Conduct frisking and security checks for female visitors and staff, as required.
Ensure adherence to security protocols and company policies.
Monitor CCTV cameras and report any suspicious activity immediately.
Assist in emergency situations such as fire drills, evacuations, or medical emergencies.
Coordinate with male security staff, facility management, and administration teams.
Ensure safety and confidentiality within the corporate office premises.
Maintain discipline, decorum, and a professional appearance at all times.

Job Expectations:

Eligibility & Skills:

Female candidate preferred.
experience in corporate, commercial, or hospitality security.
Basic knowledge of access control, visitor management, and emergency procedures.
Good communication skills in English and Hindi (Marathi preferred).
Presentable, alert, and physically fit.
Willing to work 6 days a week as per shift requirements.

Preferred Background:

Experience in corporate head offices, luxury hotels, hospitality, or premium commercial properties.
Exposure to handling senior management visitors and VIP movement.

Minimum Qualification:
