Team Leadership & Supervision: Assigning shifts, training guards, monitoring performance, ensuring adherence to policies, and scheduling.
Access Control: Managing visitor logs, verifying IDs, controlling entry/exit points, and securing premises after hours.
Patrols & Surveillance: Overseeing regular patrols (foot/vehicle) and monitoring CCTV/alarm systems for suspicious activity or breaches.
Incident Management: Responding to alarms, emergencies (fire, medical, theft), coordinating with police/paramedics, and detaining suspects if necessary.
Reporting & Documentation: Preparing detailed daily activity logs, incident reports, and maintaining records for management.
Risk Management: Conducting security audits, identifying vulnerabilities, and implementing measures to prevent theft, vandalism, and other threats.
Training & Guidance: Providing guidance to staff and visitors on safety protocols and emergency procedures; training security personnel.
Asset Protection: Safeguarding company assets, valuables, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
