Job Title: Security Incharge

Location: Tadali, Chandrapur

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise security guards and manpower deployed at the showroom, workshop, and parking areas
• Ensure overall security of the dealership premises, including showroom, workshop, stockyard, and parking areas
• Monitor vehicle movement, including incoming and outgoing cars, test drive vehicles, and customer vehicles
• Maintain material security, including spare parts, accessories, tools, and other dealership assets
• Ensure proper parking management for staff vehicles, customer vehicles, and stock vehicles
• Maintain daily security reports, attendance records, and incident logs
• Conduct regular patrolling and inspections to prevent theft, damage, or unauthorized access
• Coordinate with dealership management during emergencies, incidents, or security breaches
• Ensure compliance with company security policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Train and brief security staff on duties, discipline, and customer handling
• Liaise with local authorities (police, fire department) when required
• Monitor CCTV systems and access control, if applicable
• Maintain discipline, punctuality, and grooming standards of the security team

Required Experience & Qualifications:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience as Security Incharge / Supervisor (preferably in automobile showroom, industrial, or commercial setup)
• Experience in manpower handling and shift management
• Basic knowledge of security procedures, safety norms, and emergency handling
• Ability to maintain records and reports
• Good communication and coordination skills

Shift & Working Conditions:

• 12-hour shift duty
• Ability to work rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays if required
• Physically fit to manage long working hours and active supervision

Preferred Skills (Added Points):

• Experience in automobile dealership
• Knowledge of fire safety and basic first aid
• Leadership skills to manage guards effectively
• Alert, disciplined, and problem-solving attitude
• Basic computer or register-handling knowledge

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
