Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Manpower Supervision

  • Manage and supervise security guards across assigned locations, ensuring proper deployment and discipline.

Shift Management

  • Organize guard duty schedules, ensure smooth shift transitions, and handle absentee replacements efficiently.

Patrolling & Monitoring

  • Conduct routine checks and patrolling of premises to ensure safety, prevent unauthorized access, and maintain security protocols.

Incident Handling

  • Respond promptly to any security incidents or emergencies and escalate matters as needed to higher authorities.

Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain daily security logs, incident reports, visitor records, and guard attendance documentation.

Communication & Coordination

  • Coordinate with facility management and clients for daily updates, requirements, and issue resolution.
