About the Role:
We are hiring experienced and responsible Security Guards to join our team at Swiss Holidays, Wayanad, a newly opened premium property. The ideal candidate will ensure the safety and security of our guests, staff, and property by maintaining a secure environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and patrol the premises regularly to ensure safety.
• Manage entry and exit of staff, guests, and vehicles.
• Report and respond to suspicious activity, security threats, or emergencies.
• Maintain visitor logs and records as per resort policy.
• Coordinate with reception and management during emergency situations.
• Assist with crowd management and guest safety during events or peak hours.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in hotel/resort security preferred.
• Physically fit and alert.
• Basic communication skills in Malayalam, English or Hindi.
• Well-groomed and presentable appearance.
• Willing to work in shifts (day/night rotation).
