Job Description:

Altruist Business Hotel is looking for a responsible and experienced Security Guard to ensure the safety and security of our guests, staff, and property. The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years of prior experience in a similar role, with a strong sense of discipline and alertness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons
• Patrol premises regularly to maintain order and establish a security presence
• Prevent and detect signs of intrusion or unusual activity
• Report any suspicious behaviors or incidents to the management
• Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances
• Maintain security logs and write reports as needed
• Ensure the safety of guests and hotel staff at all times
• Assist in emergency situations (fire, evacuation, etc.)

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a security role
• Physically fit and alert
• Basic knowledge of security operations and safety practices
• Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively
• Honest, trustworthy, and responsible attitude
• Willingness to work in shifts, including nights and weekends
