Security Group Leader (Physical Security)

The role requires you to maintain vigilance of the rules of plant protection through the execution of work programs and checklists to ensure security levels of personnel and the site are maintained. You will lead and coordinate security groups, define and implement control measures for special products, and follow up on special security situations such as investigations and thefts. Additionally, you will be responsible for implementing security improvements for the site and defining loss prevention measures. You may also be assigned other duties as needed. To excel in this role, you should possess the ability to effectively present information and respond to inquiries from various stakeholders. You must be skilled in defining problems, collecting data, and drawing valid conclusions. Proficiency in operating a personal computer, including using a Windows-based operating system and related software, is essential. Advanced PC skills, including familiarity with Jabils software packages, are required. You should be able to write simple correspondence, read and understand visual aids, and apply common sense to carry out instructions. Handling standardized situations with occasional or no variables should be within your capabilities. Basic mathematical skills, such as adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing in various units of measure, are necessary. Additionally, you should be able to compute rates, ratios, and percentages, as well as interpret graphs effectively.,
