Security Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Responsible for identifying and introducing process improvements and strategic cost management initiatives in the above mentioned areas
• Responsible for evaluating risk/hazards in the above mentioned areas and implement processes to minimise the same
• Independently handle the budgets and direct resources for the areas of operations above.
• Independent supervision of operations of approx. 150 Service Provider Personnel
• Required to independently liaise and collaborate with third party site management teams, external vendors and government agencies
• Collaborate and work with teams across divisions and functions on service provider management
• Responsible for ensuring 'Nil' audit points and streamlined operation in the above mentioned areas

Preferred candidate profile

Qualifications : Any Graduation / Diploma/Army background

Work Experience : 10-15 years in relevant fields, shall have minimum of 5 years corporate/industrial experience

Skills : 'Relevant facility management - security/housekeeping/cafeteria handling ,

Knowledge of statutory compliances, Crisis handling with respect to the process and operations,

Good commanding and communication skills
