Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Security Engineering Manager with 6 to 11 years of experience to lead our DevSecOps team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security engineering and experience in managing teams.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement comprehensive security strategies to protect against cyber threats.
Lead and manage a team of security engineers to ensure the development of secure software systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential security risks.
Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Develop and maintain incident response plans and procedures for timely and effective response to security incidents.
Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in security engineering.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of security engineering principles, including threat modeling and risk assessment.
Experience in leading and managing teams of security engineers.
Familiarity with DevSecOps practices and tools such as continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD).
Understanding of industry standards and regulations related to security, such as ISO 27001.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and technical skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and develop actionable recommendations.
