What youll do
As a member of the vulnerability configuration management team, you will play a vital role in safeguarding our organization s hybrid multi-cloud environment by supporting and optimizing our vulnerability scanning infrastructure. You will help ensure our systems remain resilient against emerging threats, directly contributing to the team s ability to identify and mitigate risks efficiently.
This position is an individual contributor reporting to the Sr Manager, Vulnerability and Configuration Management.
Responsibility

Monitor and maintain vulnerability scanning tools and infrastructure across on-premises and cloud environments

Assist with the deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting of vulnerability scanning solutions

Support regular vulnerability scans and ensure scan coverage across all relevant assets

Review scan results, identify false positives, and escalate potential security issues as needed

Collaborate with IT and security teams to ensure accurate asset inventory and scan target lists

Document operational procedures, scan schedules, and troubleshooting steps

Respond to alerts and incidents related to scanning tool performance or scan failures

Participate in tool upgrades, patching, and integration efforts with other security platforms

Maintain compliance with organizational security policies and industry best practices

Provide basic reporting and metrics on scan coverage, findings, and tool health

Stay current with updates and best practices for vulnerability scanning tools and cloud security
Job Designation
Hybrid:
Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)

- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Networking, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
