Project Role Description :Act as software detectives, provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.

Summary:As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service that identifies and resolves issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to troubleshoot and enhance system performance, ensuring that all applications run smoothly and efficiently. You will engage in problem-solving activities, analyze system logs, and implement solutions to maintain operational integrity, all while adapting to the evolving needs of the business environment. Roles Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Assist in the development and implementation of best practices for application support.

Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues before they impact business operations.
Professional Technical Skills:Must To Have Skills:
Proficiency in Security Information and Event Management (SIEM).

Strong understanding of incident response and management processes.

Experience with log analysis and security monitoring tools.

Familiarity with network security protocols and best practices.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Security Information and Event Management (SIEM).

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
