Description
As a System Security Administrator, your role involves providing system administration and comprehensive maintenance support on assigned security solutions. You will be responsible for fulfilling service requests, including onboarding, configuration changes, security hardening, patching and updates, and managing custom reports and dashboards. Your duties also include developing and maintaining operational documentation such as Configuration and Operation Guides, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), and instructions for patching and version updates. Key Responsibilities: - Provide system administration and maintenance support on assigned security solutions - Fulfill service requests for onboarding, configuration changes, security hardening, patching, updates, and management of custom reports and dashboards - Develop and maintain operational documentation including Configuration and Operation Guides, SOPs, and instructions for patching and updates - Log support cases with vendors to resolve product issues - Respond to inquiries on security solutions, including remediation steps for vulnerabilities and working with vendor support - Take ownership of service requests and support cases, working with client teams until closure - Provide technical support according to SLA - Provide incident reports and root cause analysis for high severity incidents - Ensure compliance with audit, compliance, policies, processes, standards, and documentation requirements - Support audits and assessments conducted by the client - Prepare and submit monthly operation reports - Perform stand-by after normal business hours Qualification Required: - Demonstrated skillsets in the administration and maintenance support of at least THREE of the following security solutions: Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR), Security Information and Event Management (SIEM), Security Orchestration, Automation, and Response (SOAR), Malware Analysis / Sandboxing, Digital Forensics, Asset Visibility and Management, Windows Event Log Collector - Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills for issue resolution and stakeholder updates - Basic project management, customer service, and stakeholder management skills Please note that the job also requires basic project management, customer service, and stakeholder management skills.
