To be successful as a Security Assessment Administrator, you should have experience with: - Service management experience - Good working experience with tools such as Confluence, JIRA, SharePoint, Excel, etc. - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Good knowledge of cybersecurity, especially penetration testing, vulnerability management, etc. Desirable skillsets/good to have: - Skills in workflow management solutions - Minimum education qualification of Graduate - Experience working as an assessment coordinator in a strong regulatory environment This role will be based out of Pune. Purpose of the role: To design, develop, and improve software using various engineering methodologies that provide business, platform, and technology capabilities for customers and colleagues. Accountabilities: - Develop and deliver high-quality software solutions using industry-aligned programming languages, frameworks, and tools. Ensure code is scalable, maintainable, and optimized for performance. - Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, designers, and engineers to define software requirements, devise solution strategies, and ensure seamless integration with business objectives. - Collaborate with peers, participate in code reviews, and promote a culture of code quality and knowledge sharing. - Stay informed of industry technology trends, contribute to the organization's technology communities, and foster a culture of technical excellence and growth. - Adhere to secure coding practices to mitigate vulnerabilities, protect sensitive data, and ensure secure software solutions. - Implement effective unit testing practices to ensure proper code design, readability, and reliability.
