Summary:We are seeking an experienced PMO Analyst/Specialist with 46 years of experience in project and program management support. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project governance, reporting, financial management, and stakeholder communication, with the ability to support multiple projects and drive delivery excellence. Roles & Responsibilities:Project Governance & Support-Support Project/Program Managers in planning, execution, and tracking of projects.-Ensure adherence to organizational project management standards, methodologies, and compliance frameworks.-Maintain and monitor project plans, schedules, risk logs, and issue registers.-Facilitate project status meetings, prepare agendas, and track action items.Reporting & Analytics-Consolidate project status reports and dashboards for leadership review.-Track and report on project progress, resource utilization, risks, and financials.-Develop and maintain PMO metrics and performance indicators (e.g., timelines, cost variance, quality measures).Financial & Resource Management-Support project budgeting, forecasting, and financial tracking.-Monitor resource allocation, timesheets, and capacity planning.-Assist with cost optimization initiatives and ensure alignment with financial goals.Process & Quality Management-Drive standardization of project documentation, templates, and best practices.-Conduct quality checks on project deliverables and ensure compliance with governance requirements.-Identify opportunities for process improvements and support continuous improvement initiatives.Stakeholder Engagement-Act as a central point of contact between delivery teams, leadership, and clients for PMO-related activities.-Facilitate smooth communication across stakeholders with accurate and timely reporting.-Support organizational initiatives such as audits, compliance checks, and operational reviews.Professional & Technical
Skills:
- -Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).-Hands-on experience with PMO tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, ServiceNow, Clarity, Power BI, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint).-Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.-Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.-Ability to multitask and support multiple projects simultaneously.
