Securities Specialist

As a member of our Securities Settlements team in Hyderabad / Pune, you will play a crucial role in supporting our teams to deliver top-quality service to our clients. Your responsibilities will include matching trades, settlement investigation, CSDR penalties, buy-in management, reconciliations, escalations, and query management. You will collaborate with teams on root cause analysis, suggest and implement process improvements, and ensure appropriate exception escalation and resolution coordination with relevant parties. You will work closely with the Corporate Actions processing and Client teams based in Americas, Europe, Asia, and Hyderabad. With 0-7 years of experience at an EE level, you should have a good understanding of front-to-back trade flow and settlements functions. We welcome freshers with accounting/finance or related degrees, and for certain roles, we also consider other degrees like CS, BTech, Analytics, etc. Your expertise should include a clear communication style, the ability to identify root causes of issues, drive/implement changes as required, and escalate when necessary. A pragmatic "can do" attitude, innovative problem-solving approach, and knowledge of automation tools would be advantageous.
