As a Senior Product Delivery Associate in Securities Services Product Development Fund Accounting team, you will have the exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic and growing team in a fast-paced and challenging environment. You will play a crucial part in developing strategic products for the business, contributing to market-leading solutions that enhance client satisfaction and support sustainable growth. **Key Responsibilities:** - Partner closely with Securities Services teams, clients, and internal business partners to support and expand product offerings. - Engage in designing and implementing the Fund Accounting Product Development strategic roadmap. - Manage various new and ongoing projects, including identification, analysis, and solution implementation. - Communicate project progress to senior stakeholders and keep team members informed of progress, challenges, and escalations. - Ensure the delivery of robust, scalable technology aligned with the strategic roadmap to meet client needs. - Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of current operational models and priorities for change and strategic planning. - Build strong working relationships with stakeholders across multiple lines of business, providing thought leadership and recommendations. **Qualifications Required:** - Minimum 4 years of experience in product development or a relevant domain area. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex issues into actionable insights. - Experience in program management using Waterfall and Agile methodologies. - Strong execution skills, strategic thinking, and accountability for driving development initiatives. - Comfortable working independently on multiple assignments. - Excellent written and presentation skills with the willingness to challenge constructively and collaborate with partners.,
