Job Title : Section Incharge – Jewellery Showroom

PP Jewellers is a renowned name in the jewellery industry with a legacy of elegance and trust. We are looking for an experienced Section Incharge to join our Chandigarh showroom team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in jewellery retail and excellent team management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage the assigned jewellery section (Gold, Diamond, Polki, etc.)
• Ensure smooth daily operations and customer satisfaction within the section
• Train, guide, and manage sales staff in the section
• Maintain proper display, inventory, and cleanliness of the section
• Monitor and achieve section-wise sales targets
• Handle customer queries and resolve complaints effectively
• Coordinate with the inventory and billing departments
• Ensure all team members follow store policies and grooming standards

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a jewellery retail showroom
• Proven experience in managing a team
• Strong product knowledge of Gold, Diamond, and/or Polki jewellery
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle customer service and sales pressure
• Basic knowledge of billing and stock handling

Preferred Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline (preferred)
• Experience with reputed jewellery brands
• Fluent in Hindi, Punjabi, and English
