Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Leading the production shop floor supervisors to assure the safe, qualitative and quantitative production targets including Zero Incident, assuring Zero Defects, OTD >98 % per agreed time to time production plan(s) and schedules, 100% Inventory accounting and reconciliation.

Create Machine loading & Scheduling as per the PPC / MRP Demand Requirements
Assure Achieving Qualitative & Quantitative production per Customer OTD targets
Ensure and report WIP Inventory Quality and Accuracy ( Perpetual and Physical Count Cycle)
Assure Required Setters and Operators availability and attendance regulation
Conformance to Production Work Order On Time Delivery as per Original Promise
Ensure Customer Order On Time Delivery as per Original Promise
Assuring to Meet Agreed OEE Target thorugh Monitoring, Initiating actions and follow-up and Reporting the impacts
Work together with Interfunctionals Viz. PPC, SALES, Engineering, Quality to identify Production Risk and Mitigate
Assuring Engineering Documents and Records Availability
Drive Kaizen (Safety, People,Skill, Talent, Process, Quality, Setup Change, Tool Cost and etc.,)
Following, Driving, ensuring Quality Management System and Customer Specific Compliances
Agile Reporting and communication of Performance, Progress, Escalations to Superior / Management

Preferred candidate profile

Minimum of 8 years experience i
n CNC Turning, Milling, and Grinding operations, specifically within the
aerospace industry
.
Educational Qualification
: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering is required.
