Secretary to General Manager

• Manage the GM’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Handle incoming and outgoing communications (emails, calls, letters) on behalf of the GM.
• Prepare reports, memos, and other documents as required
• Maintain a filing system and ensure the safekeeping of confidential documents.
• Organize and prepare materials for meetings, presentations, and conferences.
• Take minutes during meetings and ensure follow-up on action items.
• Arrange domestic & international travel, accommodation, and itineraries for the GM.
• Handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality.
• Exercise sound judgment in all administrative and organizational matters.
• May require occasional travel depending on the GM’s schedule.
• Having excellent management skills.
• Excellent in written/oral communication.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Professional demeanor and the ability to work under pressure.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹480,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Sanand, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Personal assistant: 4 years (Required)
