Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Secretary to support our Chief Finance Officer in AMRITA VISHWA VIDYAPEETHAM. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and administration, with excellent communication and organizational skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Provide administrative support to the Chief Finance Officer, including managing schedules, travel arrangements, and correspondence.
Develop and implement financial models and forecasts to inform business decisions.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies.
Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Prepare and review financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably as a Secretary to a senior finance executive.
Strong knowledge of financial concepts, including accounting principles, budgeting, and forecasting.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
