Role : Secretary Assistant

Experience : 2 to 4 Years

Job Description :

1)Collect, compile and archive/file all expense vouchers as required

2) Assist Director files and work, schedule meetings and minutes of meeting

3)Maintain contact details and leave calendar of fellows/team members

4) Compose, type, and distribute meeting notes, routine correspondence, and reports

5)Support in arranging conferences, meetings, and travel reservations for office personnel.

6)Follow up with fellows on submission of reports

7)Proofread and format reports of others to check for correct spelling and grammar

8) Other secretarial support as and when necessary
