SEO Specialist

Key Responsibilities

  • Keyword Research & Analysis

  • Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify opportunities for increasing organic traffic.
  • Analyze competitors and industry trends to stay ahead in the market.
  • On-Page SEO Optimization

  • Optimize website content, meta tags, headers, and URLs for target keywords.
  • Ensure proper internal linking and site architecture for optimal crawlability.
  • Technical SEO

  • Perform regular technical audits to identify and fix issues related to crawl errors, site speed, mobile usability, and more.
  • Collaborate with the development team to implement technical SEO enhancements.
  • Off-Page SEO & Link Building

  • Develop and execute effective backlink strategies to improve domain authority.
  • Engage in outreach efforts to build relationships with industry influencers and webmasters.
  • Content Strategy

  • Work closely with the content team to create SEO-friendly content that aligns with user intent.
  • Provide recommendations for content development in coordination with SEO goals.
  • Monitoring & Reporting

  • Use SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush) to monitor performance.
  • Prepare regular reports on traffic, rankings, and other SEO aspects.
  • Stay Updated

  • Keep abreast of the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry changes.
  • Implement best practices and innovative strategies to stay ahead of competitors.

  • Qualifications and Skills

    • Educational Background

    • Bachelor&aposs degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
    • Professional Experience

    • 2-5 years of proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role.
    • Experience in optimizing websites developed in native PHP is a plus.
    • Technical Skills

    • In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms and ranking methods.
    • Proficiency with SEO tools such as:
    • Google Analytics and Google Search Console

    • SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or similar tools

    • Familiarity with keyword research tools and techniques.
    • Understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic web development concepts.
    • Analytical Abilities

    • Strong analytical skills to interpret website performance data.
    • Ability to make data-driven decisions to improve SEO efforts.
    • Communication Skills

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
