Digitally Connects is a performance-driven digital marketing agency specializing in SEO, Paid Media, and Growth Strategy. We work with brands across industries to deliver measurable results, scalable strategies, and impactful digital experiences. We are now looking for a skilled and proactive SEO Executive to join our growing team.

Job Overview

As an SEO Executive at Digitally Connects, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing SEO strategies that improve website ranking, traffic, and overall search visibility. You will work closely with the content, design, and paid media teams to ensure seamless execution of SEO initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

1. On-Page Optimization

Conduct keyword research using tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Keyword Planner, etc.

Optimize meta titles, descriptions, headers, and on-page content.

Perform URL structuring, internal linking, and content optimization.

Ensure website content follows latest SEO best practices.

Optimize images, alt tags, and page load speed.

2. Technical SEO

Conduct website audits and ensure proper implementation.

Identify technical issues like crawling, indexing, broken links, redirections, etc.

Collaborate with developers to implement schema markup, robots.txt changes, sitemaps, and other technical updates.

Monitor Core Web Vitals and improve website performance.

3. Off-Page SEO

Execute off-page activities such as link building, blog submissions, profile creation, business listings, Q&A submissions, and bookmarking.

Identify and acquire high-quality backlinks.

Maintain off-page activity reports.

4. Content Strategy Support

Share keyword insights and content gaps with the content team.

Assist in creating content briefs for blogs, landing pages, and website copies.

Ensure content is optimized to rank for targeted search queries.

5. Analytics & Reporting

Monitor daily performance of SEO campaigns using Google Search Console and Google Analytics.

Track ranking improvements and prepare weekly/monthly SEO reports.

Analyze competitors and provide actionable insights.

Suggest improvements based on analytics and search trends.

6. Collaboration

Work closely with designers, developers, writers, and paid media teams.

Participate in strategy discussions and client review meetings when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

13 years of experience in SEO (agency experience preferred)

Strong understanding of Google algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO trends

Hands-on experience with SEO tools (Google Search Console, GA4, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.)

Knowledge of WordPress SEO (Yoast/RankMath)

Basic understanding of HTML, CSS is a plus

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Good communication and reporting skills
