Search Engine Marketing - Senior Associate/Manager

You will be responsible for assisting in the development, implementation, and management of paid search campaigns across various platforms such as Google and Bing Ads to align with overall marketing/campaign objectives. Your key responsibilities include conducting keyword research and analysis to identify high-performing search terms, monitoring and analyzing campaign performance metrics, providing regular reports, collaborating with SEO, web, content, and other marketing teams to align paid search strategies and landing page optimizations with overall marketing goals, recommending and conducting ongoing A/B testing, staying up to date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve campaign performance, and supporting the SEM Manager with various tasks and projects as needed. Your skills should include proficiency in Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other PPC platforms, strong analytical skills, the ability to interpret complex data sets, excellent communication and collaboration skills, being detail-oriented with a strong focus on data accuracy and integrity, and the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. To qualify for this role, you should have a minimum of 4+ years of hands-on experience in paid search advertising, Google Ads certification, experience building and implementing B2B search campaigns as part of overall marketing campaigns, familiarity with SEO and other digital marketing channels, experience with Marketo, Microsoft Dynamics (or another CRM platform), and Demandbase (or another ABM platform), as well as familiarity with web analytics tools.
