Search and Social Manager

As a member of M+C Saatchi Performance, you will be at the forefront of the evolution of media buying, working closely with brands to develop and engage their customer bases through effective and measurable media strategies. Your role will be pivotal in delivering outstanding results through a combination of analytical and creative skills. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage campaigns across various Social platforms (such as Facebook, Snapchat, Instagram) and Search (including Google Ads, Apple Search Ads). - Ensure the delivery of results aligned with client objectives and KPIs. - Strategize and recommend media channels and campaign types to achieve desired outcomes. - Handle client communications for campaign updates. - Support the team director in new business initiatives. - Empower your team to ensure smooth operations in ad operations and optimizations. - Provide training and guidance to junior team members. - Stay updated on best practices, strategies, and offerings in paid Search & Social media, as well as the competitive landscape and new opportunities. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's Degree preferred. - 5-7 years of experience managing Paid Social & Search campaigns (Facebook, Google Ads, Twitter Ads, etc.). - 2 years of experience in client servicing and relationship management. - 2 years of experience in team management. - Experience in app marketing is a plus. - Proficiency in Google Analytics. - Intermediate/advanced Excel skills. - Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail. - Ability to think creatively and offer innovative solutions to clients. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Knowledge of scripting is advantageous.,
