SDS Country Lead

Role Overview: As the Hazard Communication SDS Country Lead, your main responsibility will be to support the Regulatory and Stewardship team by ensuring efficient management of regulatory data and generating compliance documents required for various regulatory and business needs. Key Responsibilities: - Understand and author Safety Data Sheets (SDSs) for products in compliance with applicable hazard communication regulations. - Familiarize yourself with the Globally Harmonized System of Classification and Labelling of Chemicals (GHS) and other regionally pertinent regulations to apply the basic elements of these regulations to meet business needs. - Provide support for the generation of Safety Data Sheets (SDS) using SAP EH&S for a wide range of products assigned for different countries, both post and pre-maintenance. - Assist in improving regulatory processes such as SDS compliance, regulatory compliance, country regulatory compliance, and generate reports to enhance business compliance. - Monitor assigned projects according to regulatory requirements, applicable departmental and company-wide standard operating procedures (SOPs), and project-specific protocol compliance. - Follow documented work processes and provide continuous improvement suggestions. - Actively participate in workflow and system development projects to ensure compliance with hazard communication regulations and related regulatory requirements concerning SDSs and labels. - Report issues impacting project progress in a timely manner, coordinate actions, and assist in troubleshooting process/data issues. - Proactively seek process improvements for workstreams within your scope of work. Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Biology, Toxicology, BioTech, Agriculture, Pharma, or a related field. - Minimum of 1+ years of Regulatory Experience. - Proficiency in using MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint, as well as familiarity with database environments. Knowledge of SAP is a plus.,
