Job Description

Description We are seeking an experienced SDET Testing Lead to oversee our testing processes and lead our QA team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both manual and automated testing, with a proven track record of implementing testing strategies that ensure high-quality software delivery. Responsibilities Lead the software testing efforts of the team, ensuring quality and efficiency in the testing process. Design and implement automated testing frameworks and strategies for various applications. Collaborate with development teams to integrate testing into the development lifecycle. Mentor and guide junior QA engineers in best practices and testing methodologies. Analyze and report on test results, providing actionable insights to stakeholders. Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts for functional and non-functional testing. Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Skills and Qualifications 8-10 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance. Strong expertise in automation testing tools such as Selenium, TestNG, or JUnit. Proficient in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C# for scripting automated tests. Experience with performance testing tools like JMeter or LoadRunner. Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies (Agile, Waterfall). Familiarity with CI/CD processes and tools like Jenkins or GitLab CI. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with cross-functional teams.
