Senior individual contributor driving test-automation design and execution for video-streaming features on Smart TV/Soundbar products.
Selenium/Appium/
Proficient in Java
Rest API
BDD cucumber
Strong coding skills
Experience in TV UI automation (preferred).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with STB/OTT or IoT devices
Docker/Kubernetes exposure for test-environment provisioning
Roles and ResponsibilitiesDesign and maintain automated test suites in Java using Selenium & Cucumber
Create simulators to mimic user interactions (IR/Bluetooth remotes, mobile companion apps)
Parse and analyse device logs; triage failures with developers during daily Agile stand-ups
Contribute test strategies, estimates, and coverage matrices in Confluence/Jira
Coach Juniors; conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to standards
