The QA Engineer at Digantara plays a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products. As a QA Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining a comprehensive testing framework to identify and report defects. Your attention to detail and analytical skills will help you identify bugs and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, product management, and operations to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality. Your expertise in testing methodologies, tools, and best practices will enable you to drive quality across the organization and contribute to the success of our products.

Skills & Qualification

• Proficiency in testing methodologies, including black box, white box, and grey box testing

• Experience with testing frameworks, such as Selenium, Appium, and TestNG

• Strong knowledge of agile development methodologies and practices

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and troubleshoot complex issues

• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams

• Strong understanding of software development life cycles, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment

• Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain a comprehensive testing framework to identify and report defects, including test plans, test cases, and test data

• Develop and execute test scripts using various testing frameworks, such as Selenium and Appium

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize test requirements, including product management, development, and operations

• Provide actionable recommendations for improvement based on test results and defects identified

• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of testing best practices, methodologies, and tools

• Stay up-to-date with the latest testing trends, technologies, and methodologies, and apply this knowledge to drive quality across the organization

• Lead the testing effort for complex projects, including planning, execution, and delivery

• Develop and mentor junior team members to improve their testing skills and knowledge
