SDE-3 (fullstack)

As a Software Engineer in our team, you will be responsible for developing and delivering well-defined, moderately complex features. Your role will involve debugging and resolving issues across development, testing, and production environments. It is important to write high-quality, scalable, and reusable code following best practices. You will also manage team meetings and RFC processes for proposing changes and improvements. Additionally, you will act as the initial on-call responder for team-managed software, collaborate with team members, support new junior engineers, and mentor Software Engineers. Your contribution will be valuable in participating in hiring, prioritizing intra-team initiatives, and contributing to process improvements. To excel in this role, you should be an expert in Java programming with modern language features and frameworks. Your problem-solving skills within distributed architectures should be exceptional. Experience with frontend frameworks like Angular and proficiency in Javascript are required. You should also be proficient in object-oriented design, algorithms, data structures, and SQL. It is essential to have experience with the Software Development Lifecycle, database management, API integration, and modern tools like Swagger. Your adeptness in application monitoring, logging, version control, and software testing will be beneficial. Familiarity with automation, high-performance applications, CI/CD, Docker/Kubernetes, and secure coding practices is expected. Knowledge in Microservices, Event-driven architectures, and Agile Development principles will be an added advantage.,
