Job Description

You will also have the exciting opportunity to tackle intricate technical challenges, including optimizing our architecture to handle the surging email volume and establishing a framework to monitor and enhance the performance of our back-end systems
You will be working on: Designing, building, and maintaining scalable backend systems and APIs for our B2B SaaS platform
Writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code while following software engineering best practices
Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Design, and QA to deliver high-impact features
Taking ownership of small to medium-sized modules and features, from ideation to production
Debugging and resolving production issues, and continuously improving system performance and reliability
Participating in code reviews and sharing knowledge with peers to foster a strong engineering culture
We are looking for: 1 2 years of experience in software development with strong fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming
Proficiency in at least one backend language like Python, Ruby, NodeJS hands-on experience with modern frameworks
Exposure to relational databases (MySQL with a solid understanding of SQL), Redis, Queues & Caching techniques Familiarity with REST APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (AWS) A passion for solving real-world customer problems through technology
Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
A learning mindset and enthusiasm to grow in a fast-paced SaaS startup environment
