Job Description: Capgemini Invent is the digital innovation, consulting, and transformation brand of the Capgemini Group. As a part of this dynamic team, you will use Design thinking and a consultative approach to conceive cutting-edge technology solutions for business problems, mining core Insights as a service model. Additionally, you will contribute to the capacity of a Scrum Master/data business analyst to Data project. Your role also involves acting as an agile coach, implementing and supporting agile principles, practices, and rules of the scrum process, including knowledge of different frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, XP, etc. You will drive tactical, consistent team-level improvement as part of the scrum and work closely with the Product owner to ensure work is aligned with objectives and drive the health of the product backlog. Furthermore, you will facilitate the scrum ceremonies, analyze the sprint report, burn down charts to identify areas of improvement, and support and coordinate system implementations through the project lifecycle working with other teams on a local and global basis. Engaging with project activities across the Information lifecycle will also be a part of your responsibilities, often related to paradigms like building & managing Business data lakes, ingesting data streams to prepare data, developing machine learning and predictive models to analyze data, and visualizing data. Specializing in Business Models and architectures across various Industry verticals will also be key. Qualification Required: - Proven working experience as a Scrum Master/Data Business Analyst with overall experience of min 5 to 9+ years - Domain knowledge on CPRD/ FS/ MALS/ Utilities/ TMT is preferred - Ability to work independently with Product Management team and prepare Functional Analysis, User Stories - Experience in technical writing skills to create BRD, FSD, Non-functional Requirement document, User Manual & Use Cases Specifications - Comprehensive & solid experience of SCRUM as well as SDLC methodologies - Experience in Azure DevOps/JIRA/Confluence or equivalent system and possess strong knowledge of other agile frameworks - CSM/PSM 1 or 2 certified is mandatory; SAFe 5.0 /6.0 is a plus - Strong stakeholder management skills - Knowledge about the big data ecosystem like Hadoop is desirable - Working knowledge of R/Python language is a plus Additional Details: Capgemini is a global business and technology transformation partner, helping organizations to accelerate their dual transition to a digital and sustainable world.
