Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Scrum Master located in Jaipur. The Scrum Master will be responsible for facilitating sprint planning, managing user stories, and ensuring effective communication within the team. The role involves working closely with software development teams to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of projects. The Scrum Master will also be responsible for removing obstacles, coaching team members, and continuously improving team processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sprint Planning and managing User Stories
• Strong Analytical Skills for problem-solving and decision-making
• Effective Communication skills for team collaboration and stakeholder interaction
• Knowledge of Software Development processes and methodologies
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar certification is a plus
• Ability to work on-site in Jaipur
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
