5 years of experience as a Scrum Master, Product Owner or Agile Coach Strong written and oral communication skills to appropriate levels within the sponsoring business areas. Team Player: working well in a collaborative setting. Acts as a resource to colleagues with less experience. Tenacious, persuasive, encouraging, and motivating. Flexible to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment. Solid experience with ADO and knowledge of JIRA Experience working as a Scrum Master across multiple teams that are both local and remote Proficient with common Agile practices and Scrum Practices Willing and able to quickly gain a high-level understanding of the technical and business domains of the Scrum teams Superb conflict resolution and consensus building skills Understanding of fundamentals of iterative development, software development processes and procedures
