Scrum Master

Main Responsibilities

- Experienced in Project Setup & Team Building, Strategic Planning & PM Collaboration, Team Engagement & enable Ownership Culture.

- Experience in building high performing teams in Agile methodology

- Guide and coach Agile teams in Scrum principles, practices, and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.).

- Experience in Team/people management

- Managed upstream and downstream communications to ensure release impact readiness across all projects.

- Provided visibility into project status, key milestones, delivery metrics, risk areas, and mitigation plans-enabling informed decision-making at the leadership level.

- Oversaw vendor relationships, agreements, access management, and compliance governance to ensure secure and effective collaboration.

-Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.

-Remove team impediments to promote productivity and team ownership.

-Ensure that Agile practices are followed, continuously improving team performance.

-Shield the team from outside distractions and interferences.

-Support Product Owners in backlog grooming and story refinement.

-Track and report key Agile metrics (velocity, burndown, sprint goals).

-Foster a culture of open communication, collaboration, and accountability.

-Work with other Scrum Masters and stakeholders to improve Agile maturity across the organization.

Skills and Experience:

• 10+ years of experience as a Scrum Master/Project Management or in a similar Agile role.
• Familiarity with

  Microsoft Azure Cloud

  platforms and services.
• Experience working with

  squads of various sizes

  , including distributed teams.
• Stakeholders meetings, sharing deliverables updates, risk management.
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks and software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Agile tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Wiki, Confluence, Power BI).
• Scrum Master certification (e.g., CSM, PSM I) is required.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Business, or related field.
