Job Description

As a Scrum Master at Sanofi's R&D Data & AI Products and Platforms Team, you will be an integral part of the company's digital transformation program, focusing on accelerating data transformation and implementing AI and ML solutions to enhance R&D, manufacturing, and commercial performance. Your role will involve promoting agile delivery principles, coaching delivery Pods, establishing agile frameworks, and ensuring the successful delivery of R&D Data & AI products. Key Responsibilities: - Facilitate agile ceremonies and provide coaching on agile methodologies - Collaborate with Data/AI Product Owner to manage the product backlog and develop user stories - Remove impediments and guide the team in addressing challenges for a smooth workflow - Advise on detailed scoping and sprint planning for execution plan - Track and report on team velocity, sprint burndown, and other Agile metrics - Manage team dynamics, mediate conflicts, and promote collaboration among stakeholders - Coach and mentor team members on agile methodologies, encouraging self-organization and continuous learning Qualification Required: - Degree in business administration, computer science, information sciences, or related field - 5+ years of experience in scrum, project management, or related field - Strong understanding of data product lifecycle management and Agile methodology - Certification in Scrum Master (CSM) or similar agile certifications preferred - Deep understanding of AI and data science concepts - Experience working with tools like Jira, Trello, Azure DevOps - Demonstrated ability to coordinate operational activities and manage projects effectively - Strong problem-solving, organizational, communication, and collaboration skills (Note: The additional details about the company have been omitted as they were not provided in the Job Description),
