What You'll Be Working On:

As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for guiding and coaching Agile teams to deliver high-quality digital products efficiently. You will work closely with Product Manager, Developers, UI/UX Designer, and QA Engineer to ensure smooth Agile execution and drive continuous process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize and facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives).
• Facilitate Agile Processes & Scrum Events
• Guide teams in effectively breaking down tasks and prioritizing work in sprints.
• Ensure that development teams adhere to Agile principles and best practices. Remove Roadblocks & Improve Team Efficiency
• Identify and eliminate blockers that slow down development progress.
• Shield the team from external distractions to maintain focus and productivity.
• Ensure smooth collaboration between Product Managers, Developers, and QA teams. Coach & Guide Agile Teams
• Mentor teams in Scrum, Agile frameworks, and best practices.
• Foster a self-organizing, high-performance team culture.
• Promote Agile mindset and values across teams and stakeholders. Enhance Sprint & Product Delivery
• Work with the Product Manager and Developers to define sprint goals and deliverables.
• Encourage data-driven decision-making using Agile metrics (velocity, burndown charts, etc.).
• Ensure that user stories are well-defined, estimated, and deliverable within sprint timelines. Manage Stakeholder Communication & Collaboration
• Act as a bridge between business team, product team, and developers.
• Facilitate cross-team collaboration to ensure smooth execution of product development.
• Align team efforts with company-wide goals while maintaining Agile flexibility. Continuous Improvement & Agile Transformation
• Analyze and improve Scrum processes, workflows, and team efficiency.
• Drive retrospective action items and ensure implementation of process improvements.
• Train teams in Lean Agile principles, Kanban, and DevOps best practices.

equired Skills & Qualifications Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Agile/Scrum certifications (CSM, PSM, SAFe) are a strong plus.
• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment.
• Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile frameworks.
• Expertise in facilitating Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Proficiency in Agile tools (JIRA, Trello, Azure DevOps, or similar).
• Strong problem-solving and impediment-removal skills.
• Excellent communication skills to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Strong ability to coach teams and drive Agile transformation.
