Scrum Master

Objective :
Enable agile transformation by embedding Scrum practices. Facilitate team collaboration and continuous improvement. Bridge communication between technical teams and business stakeholders. Ensure sprint goals are met through structured ceremonies and coaching. Promote a culture of ownership, transparency, and adaptability.

Requirements:
Requirement Details Core Responsibilities Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives. Remove impediments and blockers to team progress. Coach team members on agile principles and Scrum practices. Track and report metrics (velocity, burndown charts, cycle time). Foster stakeholder alignment and manage expectations. Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives and feedback loops. Coordinate across multiple teams and manage dependencies. Skills & Competencies Leadership without authority (servant leadership). Effective communication and facilitation. Empathy and conflict resolution. Problem-solving and adaptability. Agile coaching and mentoring. Familiarity with tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, Rally. Understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, and Lean principles (preferred). Experience Requirements 35 years in Agile environments or Scrum Master roles. Experience with cross-functional teams (5–9 members). Exposure to scaled Agile frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, Nexus) is a plus. Background in software development or technical project management (preferred). Educational Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM I/II) required. Advanced certifications (PSM III, CSP-SM, SAFe) are a plus. Performance Indicators Sprint goal achievement and velocity trends. Team engagement and self-organization. Reduction in blockers and cycle time. Stakeholder satisfaction and alignment. Continuous improvement actions implemented.
