Role & responsibilities Should have 8+ years of experience in IT industry, strong knowledge in Agile methodology and experience in playing Scrum Master role for at least 3 is must. Candidate should work in India Night shift (10:30 PM to 6:30 AM IST). Experience in managing US healthcare client is added advantage. Good to have certification as CSM or PSM Facilitating Scrum Events Coaching the Product Owner Facilitating Stakeholder Collaboration Supporting Organizational Adoption of Scrum Facilitating Scrum Events Working During Client Business Hours Real-time Collaboration / Direct Interaction with Clients Immediate responses to team/client queries, sync-ups, and meetings. Mainly on P1/P2 Production Issues or Business Adhoc Queries / Reports Faster Decision-Making – Quick approvals, unblocking team members, and aligning with stakeholders. Higher Visibility – Active presence in stand-ups, reviews, and client calls builds trust. Better Alignment with Business Needs – Direct interaction ensures work matches expectations. Facilitating Stakeholder Collaboration Protecting the Team Drive the morning and evening sprint meeting during on call Follow-up with business to fix the impudent if there any from IT and QA team Coaching the Development Team Removing Impediments Fostering a High-Performing Team
