Scrum Master

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead and guide multiple large-scale
Scrum team projects
.
Act as a dedicated
Scrum Master, Product Owner, or Agile Coach
for the team.
Utilize strong
problem-solving and collaboration skills
to address
blockers and impediments
.
Facilitate Scrum events and ensure all team members understand and adhere to Agile principles.

Required Candidate Profile

Experience:
At least
3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Product Owner, or Agile Coach
.
A minimum of
2+ years of experience
working on
large-scale Scrum team projects
.
Overall
6+ years of IT experience
.
Skills:
Proven proficiency with tools such as
VSTS and Jira
.
Work Schedule:
Hybrid
work model.
2 PM to 11 PM
shift.
