Job Description

Facilitate and guide Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
Serve as a coach and mentor to the Scrum team, helping them embrace Agile principles and continuously improve.
Remove impediments and obstacles that hinder team progress and delivery.
Collaborate closely with Product Owners to ensure the backlog is well-groomed, prioritized, and aligned with business goals.
Track, measure, and report on team performance metrics (velocity, burndown, cycle time) to drive improvement.
Foster a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and accountability across teams.
Work with other Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches to scale Agile practices across the organization (SAFe, LeSS, or Nexus frameworks).
Partner with stakeholders to ensure alignment between business priorities and technical delivery.
Ensure adherence to Agile best practices while adapting to the team s evolving needs .

Ideal Candidate Profile

8+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in software development or IT delivery environments.
Proven success in leading multiple Agile teams in complex, fast-paced environments.
Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, XP) and scaling methodologies (SAFe, LeSS).
Excellent communication, facilitation, conflict resolution, and coaching skills.
Experience with Agile project management tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, Trello , or Rally .
Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and modern engineering practices (CI/CD, DevOps, TDD).
Certified Scrum Master ( CSM , PSM , or equivalent certification) required.
Additional certifications such as SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) , Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) , or Certified Agile Coach (ICP-ACC) are a plus.
