Scrum Master - Enterprise Tech

As a Scrum Master at Teradata, you will play a crucial role in guiding Agile teams to adhere to Scrum/Agile principles and practices. Your responsibilities will include facilitating Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. You will collaborate with Product Owners to ensure the backlog is well-groomed and sprint-ready. Additionally, you will track and report team performance metrics to stakeholders and foster a collaborative culture across distributed teams in India and globally. When required, you will also support alignment with Scaled Agile (SAFe) or multi-team delivery models. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as a facilitator and coach for Agile teams - Guide the team in self-organization, accountability, and continuous improvement - Facilitate Agile ceremonies and partner with Product Owners - Remove impediments and escalate blockers - Track and report team performance metrics - Foster a collaborative culture across distributed teams - Support alignment with Scaled Agile or multi-team delivery models Qualifications Required: - 3-6 years of professional experience with at least 2+ years as a Scrum Master or Agile facilitator - Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile principles - Hands-on experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Rally, Azure DevOps, and Confluence - Proven track record of guiding teams in Agile adoption and delivery - Excellent facilitation, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills - Exposure to enterprise SaaS/IT platforms (Salesforce, ServiceNow, ERP) is a plus - Preferred certifications: CSM, PSM, SAFe Scrum Master, or equivalent Teradata values a people-first culture, offering a flexible work model that empowers individuals to make decisions about their work arrangements.
