Job Description

We're Hiring: Scrum Master (Embedded Systems & Electrical Engineering) Location: Bangalore (Hybrid) Experience: 9-12 years Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree in electrical engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. 9+ years of experience with Proven experience (3+ years) as a Scrum Master within an embedded systems or electrical engineering environment with in-depth knowledge on Agile and Scrum Practices. Strong understanding of embedded systems and electrical/software integration along with experience leading agile teams across multiple geographies and cultures, including offshore environments. Excellent communication and presentation skills to be able to deliver various scrum trainings. Preferred Qualifications: Experience of working with Agile Tools and techniques like JIRA, Confluence, Retrospective Boards other Agile project management tools. Experience with electrical testing, circuit design, and embedded software development. Must have at least one of Scrum Certification - CSM or PSM1. Experience working in regulated industries like automotive, medical devices, or aerospace.
